RG Consultancy are working with an excellent company based in Salford who are looking for an all rounder Accounts Assistant to join their team.

Reporting to their Finance Director, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across all areas of finance.

• Daily bank posting
• Bank reconciliations
• Managing the sales and purchase ledger
• Invoice posting
• Sending statements when required
• Staff expenses
• Assist in payroll preparation
• Setting up customer/supplier accounts
• Managing accounts inbox ensuring all queries have been responded in a timely manner
• Any ad hoc duties

Person specification

• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role or similar
• Strong knowledge of Sales and Purchase ledger processes
