FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR WIGAN PERMANENT £24,000 - £26,000 DOE

We are working with a reputable, growing company based in the Wigan area who are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 6 months of finance experience who s ready to take the next step in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately
  • Assisting with preparing financial reports and statements for management
  • Maintaining accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Answering calls and emails into the finance department, liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve queries
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance team
  • Supporting month-end and year-end financial close activities

What We re Looking For:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a finance capacity
  • Comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Confident with Excel (formulas, basic reporting, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently
  • Clear, professional communication skills
