08:30am - 16:30pm (Monday to Thursday) / 08:30am - 13:45pm (Friday)

Job Responsibilities:
- Processing of all purchase invoices within SAP on a timely basis
- Creating a payment run each week for domestic and overseas vendors
- Ensuring all vendor master data is kept up-to-date, and ensuring there is adequate authorisation for changes to such master data
- Reconciling a sample of vendor statements and investigating any discrepancies
- Ensuring SAP purchase ledger records are correct and accurate
- Maintaining a clean ledger
- Ad hoc projects
Candidate Requirements / Experience:
- Attention to detail
- Accurate input skills
- Purchase ledger experience
- Experience across SAP and/or Oracle
- Worked within a manufacturing environment (ideally)
- Good communication skills
- Able to work on site full time
