The Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling digital and traditional OOH advertising solutions directly to businesses in your assigned region. Your role will involve:
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying and approaching new clients to expand your pipeline
  • Sales Meetings & Presentations: Building relationships with businesses and showcasing advertising solutions
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintaining an up-to-date CRM and ensuring a healthy flow of leads
  • Proposal Creation: Compiling compelling sales pitches to secure new business
  • Revenue Growth: Achieving quarterly targets while enjoying the freedom to manage your day effectively
Who We're Looking For:
  • Proven field sales experience (ideally in OOH or Radio, but all media direct sales backgrounds considered)
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage client relationships and sales activity
  • A professional, articulate, and confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
  • The ability to travel within your designated region
