This is an exciting time to join a dynamic organization where you can truly make a difference.Important: Applicants MUST either be citizens of the United Kingdom or possess valid work authorization for the UK with at least two years remaining before expiration.About the Role: We are currently recruiting B1 Licensed Engineers to join our Manchester Site Both permanent and contract positions are available. Ideal candidates should have experience with the following type ratings:

• Boeing 737/787
• Airbus A319, A320, A321, A330 are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of customer aircraft, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Certify maintenance within the scope of company approvals.
• Provide leadership and supervision to aircraft mechanics and support staff, ensuring high standards of maintenance execution.
• Ensure timely and efficient maintenance activities, meeting on-time performance and technical dispatch reliability to exceed customer expectations.

Skills and Experience:

• Part 66 CAA License, B1 (essential).
• Previous experience in Base Maintenance.
• Must be adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full UK Driving License (essential).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
