Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer

Location: North West England (Various Locations)

Salary: 44/ 46k, private healthcare, pension, overtime, van (can be used for perosnal use)

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join there team!

The Role: As a Service & Maintenance Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial gas heating systems across a wide variety of establishments. This is a key role in ensuring the continued safe operation of our clients' heating systems, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting service, maintenance, and breakdown repairs of commercial gas heating systems.

• Diagnosing faults and providing clear, professional reports on required works.

• Working on a variety of commercial sites, including offices, schools, hospitals, and more.

• Ensuring all work complies with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.

• Offering advice and recommendations to clients regarding system improvements and upgrades.

• Participating in the on-call rota for emergency callouts.

• Maintaining accurate service records and reports.

• Collaborating with the team to meet company targets and customer expectations.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

Essential:

• ACS Commercial Gas qualifications (CCN1, COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, etc.).

• Proven experience in commercial gas servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding.

• Knowledge of current gas safety regulations and standards (Gas Safe Registered).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.

• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the North West.

Desirable:

• Experience with various commercial heating systems (e.g., boilers, air handling units, heaters).

• Additional relevant qualifications such as LPG, Oil, or HVAC.

• Previous experience working in a service and maintenance environment.
