- Commercial gas qualifications: COCN1/ CORT1/ CIGA1/ CDGA1/ TPCP1/ TPCP1A
- COMCATs (for gas safety checks only)
- Experience on service and repair of commercial heating equipment
- Full driving license
- CP42 experience is an advantage
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on gas systems to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Conduct safety checks, inspections, and tests to verify that gas systems are operating safely and efficiently. Identify and rectify any safety hazards or compliance issues.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency call-outs for gas-related issues, diagnosing problems quickly, and implementing effective solutions to restore service.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including service reports, safety inspections, and equipment documentation.
- Field based meeting clients - Customer facing position
- Basic salary up to £44,000 - £48,000 (£21 - £23ph)
- 40hr working week
- Door to door travel
- Call out 1 in 7 - £100 standby
- Overtime paid at X1.5 Mon Sat / x2 Sundays & BH & After 8pm x1.5
