Field Service Engineer (Mechanical)

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join a well-established special purpose machinery company.Initially based on-site for approximately three months, you will undergo hands-on training and product familiarisation before embarking on extensive UK and international field assignments. You'll play a key role in installation, commissioning, servicing and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commission, install, and carry out emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance on machinery and systems
  • Deliver on-site technical support and operator training to customers
  • Supervise contractors during major installations and service projects
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to resolve site issues
  • Compile detailed technical reports and recommendations following site visits

Salary
