Production/Mechanical Fitter- Requirements

• Degree or HNC in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
• Completed apprenticeship or BTEC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years' mechanical engineering experience (ideally in food production)
• Great communication skills and a team-first mindset

Production/Mechanical Fitter - Responsibilities

• Keep our production lines running smoothly through planned and reactive maintenance.
• Work side-by-side with the engineering and production teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient 5S work environment.
• Identify areas for mechanical improvement and contribute to ongoing process optimisation.
