Known for their collaborative, fixed-price approach and early-stage project involvement, the company plays a key role in delivering sustainable, cost-effective solutions across the private and commercial development sectors.With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for technical excellence, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with a driven and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.Your new role As a QS/SQS, you will be instrumental in the financial management of remediation and civil engineering projects from pre-construction through to final account. Your responsibilities will include:

• Attending pre-construction meetings and contributing to project planning
• Preparing and submitting external applications for payment and invoicing
• Reconciling client payments and managing cash flow
• Pricing variations, design changes, and other commercial adjustments
• Completing final accounts and ensuring accurate project close-out
• Producing internal cost valuations and cost-to-complete reports
