We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Engineer to join a leading engineering company in Stockport.

This role is integral to maintaining smooth production processes, working with high-quality components, and contributing to a team that values precision and excellence.

What will you be doing as a Workshop Engineer?

• Preparing and finishing components to meet quality standards
• Shot and hammer peening parts as per specifications
• Gauging components to ensure accuracy
• Carrying out general housekeeping and labouring tasks
• Following health & safety procedures and identifying hazards
• Keeping the work area clean and well-organised

What do you need?

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment
• The ability to work safely and efficiently, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing conditions
• A Stacker/FLT License is desirable
