The Manchester College is based at many sites across the city, each with its own specialist cutting edge facilities within a friendly and supportive environment. We are the largest FE College in the UK providing education and training to a wide range of learners.

We are looking for a Catering Assistant to join us at our City Campus Manchester on a permanent, part time basis for 30 hours per week. Hours of work are 8am - 2.30pm (term time only).

As directed by a Manager or Team Leader, you deliver excellent customer service, production of food provision from fresh ingredients. The delivery of high-level cleaning and completion of HACCP control documentation.

In order to do this role, you will need:

  • Hold or work towards a Food Hygiene Level 2
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Manual Handling training
  • Risk assessment training
  • COSHH training
