The Role

We are seeking experienced Chef de Partie's to join our vibrant kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a supportive environment, with access to top-notch facilities and a focus on professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for your section, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
• Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and other team members to deliver creative and seasonal menus.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

To succeed as a Chef de Partie in our team, you will:

• Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Be passionate about food and keen to share your knowledge with others.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Be familiar with current food hygiene and safety standards.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent knife skills
• Up to date Level 2 food safety and Food allergen
