Job Description:

We are working with a leading Fintech company based in Salford / Eccles area of Greater Manchester, Our client specialises in developing cutting-edge payment solutions and financial technology that empower businesses worldwide. As a 2nd/3rd Line Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising their robust IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Role responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and networks.
  • Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure for performance and reliability.
  • Ensure system security and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate on deploying and supporting new technologies.
  • Support and mentor junior members of staff
  • Liase with 3rd parties when applicable

Technical requirements:

  • Azure / Azure Virtual Desktop
  • VMWare
  • Office 365 & Applications
  • VoIP / Connectivity
  • Routers and Switch installations
  • Firewall configurations
  • Network setups
