- Prospect and develop new clients across both private and public sectors
- Sell consultatively - tailoring solutions based on client needs
- Run face-to-face meetings, site visits, and product/service demonstrations
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless service for the client
- Build long-term relationships and identify upsell opportunities
- Track and report pipeline activity, market trends, and competitor activity
- At least 2 years' experience in a business development role.
- Proven track record in solution-based or consultative sales
- Experience in field-based or face-to-face B2B sales
- UK driving licence and commutable around Manchester and surrounding areas
- £35,000 basic
- £4,600 car allowance
- Uncapped commission - realistic OTE £10,000 in year one
