Are you a driven asset finance professional with strong broker relationships and a proven track record in new business development? A rapidly growing and competitive lender in the asset finance sector is looking for experienced Senior Business Development Managers to join their high-performing sales team. This is a field-based role covering the North West region. Role Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing broker-introduced business, building strong relationships, and converting new opportunities into long-term clients. You will act as the front-line contact with brokers and clients, from lead generation through to successful onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow a broker introducer network within your territory
- Generate high-quality leads and structure provisional facility terms
- Present deals to internal credit and underwriting teams
- Conduct client meetings and assist with the onboarding process
- Ensure smooth operational handover and customer satisfaction
- Represent the business professionally in all external interactions
- Operate independently and deliver results from day one
- Basic salary up to £50,000 (dependent on experience & performance)
- Uncapped monthly commission realistic OTE of £85,000+

- A role within a growing lender with a strong industry reputation
- Minimum 5 years successful experience in asset finance sales
- Strong, active broker relationships within the UK market
- Deep understanding of industrial assets and vehicles
- Excellent knowledge of credit processes, and strong communication and organisational skills
- Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Based in or near the North West region (e.g., Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Cheshire)
