Discovery

• Engage with clients to understand strategic goals, challenges, and CRM needs.

• Capture detailed functional and non-functional requirements.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to shape solution approaches.

• Translate business needs into clear technical direction.

Design

• Develop Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned with client objectives.

• Produce concise and relevant technical design documentation.

• Advise clients on CRM strategy, roadmap, and best practices.

• Ensure solution design integrates effectively across the Microsoft stack.

Delivery

• Oversee end-to-end Dynamics implementations with a focus on quality.

• Guide technical teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

• Drive continuous improvement and solution optimisation.

• Support testing, training, and go-live activities.

Thought Leadership & Collaboration

• Contribute to thought leadership and solution innovation.

• Support proposal development and pre-sales activities.

• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.

• Promote an inclusive culture where all voices are heard and valued.

Essential:

• Proven experience architecting and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions.

• Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure, M365, AD).

• Advanced Dynamics 365 functional certification (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing).

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
