Demand Management Analyst

Location: Irlam (with some flexibility to work from home) Salary: £25,000 £30,000 Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use customer sales data (EPOS and shipment history) to create accurate forecasts in SAP
  • Work directly with the customer to agree and review promotional forecasts
  • Lead regular meetings with the customer to discuss service levels, risks, and forecast changes
  • Troubleshoot supply issues and work with internal teams to maintain high service levels
  • Run weekly internal forecast meetings and update commercial teams
  • Identify risks and opportunities within demand plans to support stock and sales
  • Provide basic support across other customer accounts when needed (e.g., holiday cover)
  • Work to set KPIs and performance metrics

About You:

  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Confident working with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience in demand planning or forecasting roles (ideally in FMCG)
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Able to build positive working relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable occasionally visiting customers as part of the role
