A leading SaaS business is looking for a Head of Digital to drive their digital workplace strategy, ensuring employees have a seamless, secure, and efficient digital experience. This role will focus on optimising device management, streamlining processes, and introducing new tools to enhance collaboration and productivity.

• Oversee the implementation and management of digital workplace technologies, including devices and collaboration tools.

• Lead and develop a high-performing IT support team.

• Enhance the digital experience using M365 and Google Suite.

• Partner with internal teams to create a flexible workplace model that supports hybrid and remote employees.

• Develop training programmes to ensure employees maximise digital tools.

• Drive automation, AI, and self-service capabilities to improve efficiency.

• Proven experience in Digital Workplace leadership.
