Key Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support and resolution for 3rd line issues Act as an escalation point for 1st/2nd Line Service Desk engineers Develop and document robust technical processes and procedures Manage and deploy Azure services and infrastructure Oversee security across Azure, Entra, and Microsoft 365 environments Administer devices and software using Intune, Defender, and ManageEngine Manage on-premise infrastructure, including backups and virtual environments Perform hands-on service desk duties when needed
