Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of contractors to ensure seamless transitions.
- Raising and managing tickets in the ticketing system to address user needs and resolve issues.
- Maintaining accurate records and updates on the SharePoint tracker.
- Managing inventory and payroll-related tasks effectively.
Desirable Experience:
- Proficiency in O365 and SAP systems.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and ticketing systems.

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Prior experience in IT administration or a related role is preferred.
