Junior Social Media Assistant

Our client is seeking a talented Social Media Assistant to help shape and grow its online presence. You ll support the Social Media Strategist and Marketing Team in delivering high-quality content, innovative campaigns, and impactful messaging.

As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a vital role in the success of our client s social media efforts by ensuring campaigns are executed with professionalism and efficiency. You ll manage organic social presence, analyse performance, create innovative content, and collaborate with a dynamic team to elevate their brand. Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage organic social media presence and campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and others.
• Analyse performance of organic campaigns, delivering actionable insights.
• Research and conduct competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
• Create engaging, innovative social content independently and collaboratively, including ideation, conceptualisation, and briefing designers and copywriters.
• Support the team with additional duties as required.
• Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Essential Criteria

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in social media or creative marketing.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of key social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
• Skills: Excellent analytical abilities, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Criteria

• Familiarity with content creation or copywriting.
• Understanding of additional platforms: Reddit, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat.
• Experience using social media management tools (e.g., HootSuite, SproutSocial, Buffer).
• Knowledge of paid social tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok for Business.
• Awareness of FCA regulations.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent keyboard skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
