Microsoft Dynamics Developer (On-Site - Manchester) Location: Salford, Manchester (On-site) Rate: £500.00 per day outside IR35 Duration: 3 months

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer to deliver a full-cycle implementation project for a customer based on-site in Manchester. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong technical capability, data migration expertise, and user training experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the build and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics to meet business requirements

• Manage and execute data transfer and migration from Sage into Microsoft Dynamics

• Validate and reconcile migrated data to ensure integrity and accuracy

• Deliver structured end-user training sessions as part of the system rollout

• Provide go-live support and address post-implementation queries

• Work closely with stakeholders on-site to ensure smooth project delivery

Essential Experience

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end builds and configurations of Microsoft Dynamics

• Demonstrable experience migrating data from Sage into Dynamics

• Strong understanding of data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation

• Experience delivering user training to non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to work independently on-site and manage delivery timelines effectively

Desirable Skills

• Experience with ERP implementations in SME environments

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Ability to manage project milestones within tight delivery windows
