Software Engineer (TypeScript, React, AWS) Full Time Paying £45-50K Permanent Manchester, Remote/Hybrid Options (1 day per month Office based applicants need to be no further than 1 hour 30 minutes drive away) Our client is seeking a talented Software Engineer with expertise in TypeScript, React, and AWS to join a growing team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. Key responsibilities of the Software Engineer:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using TypeScript and React.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Implement serverless architecture and services using AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.).
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimise performance and user experience.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Key requirements for the Software Engineer:

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on TypeScript and React.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based application development.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
