A Systems Administrator (Liquid Logic)/Applications Development Officer, is required for our client based in Bury for an initial 6-month contract. This is a hybrid position, 2 days per week on site (flexibility for candidates not in a commutable area).

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated LCS Application Development officer to join their Digital, Data & Technology Team. This role is essential in ensuring their systems meet the evolving needs of Children's & Young people department. You will play a key part in supporting both current operations and future developments within the following systems:-

  • LCS (Children and Families)
  • Early Help Module
  • ContrOCC (Financial module)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support LCS Social Care systems in line with business requirements.
  • Support system improvements aligned with the ICT strategy.
  • Apply functional knowledge of LCS Social Care systems to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in Liquidlogic systems (LCS, EHM/EHP, ContrOCC).
  • Knowledgeable about Children's and Families services and related processes.
  • Analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused, with excellent communication skills.
  • Organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Essential Criteria

  1. Proven experience with Liquidlogic systems and associated workflows.
  2. Understanding of Children's Social Care services.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Experience supporting change and efficiency initiatives
