We are working with a leading UK-based law firm to find a Billing Administrator to support their growing Counter Fraud team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a recognised, specialist legal practice and make a real impact by supporting the enforcement team with accurate and timely billing operations. Our client specialises in providing legal services to the insurance industry, with a strong focus on defendant litigation, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution across a wide range of sectors.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately process billing for a range of clients in line with individual client requirements
Chase and manage outstanding invoices
Maintain and organise financial documentation
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
Ensure all billing and financial processes adhere to Solicitors Accounts Rules
Support the team during peak periods and provide cover when required
Assist in breaking down and processing recovered monies
Manage financial transactions through the internal accounts system
High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Organised, methodical, and able to manage competing priorities
A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous billing or accounts experience is advantageous but not essential
Experience with Aderant systems is a plus
