Commercial Property Solicitor - Bury / Hybrid Working Salary: Competitive - dependent on experience

An established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (2-5 years' PQE) to join its growing Commercial Property team in Bury.

The Role You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, working with both commercial and private clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, sales and purchases.
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters, refinancing and commercial property development.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, other solicitors and businesses.
• Contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the Commercial Property team.
• Supporting the firm's marketing and business development activities, including attending networking events.
• Supervising, mentoring and developing junior colleagues, including trainees, paralegals and administrative support staff.

Requirements To be considered for this Commercial Property Solicitor position, you should have:

• Qualified Solicitor status, ideally with 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property law.
• Experience managing a varied commercial property caseload.
• Strong communication, organisational and client relationship management skills.
• The ability to work independently, use your initiative and manage competing priorities effectively.
• A professional, proactive and self-motivated approach.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and support the development of junior colleagues.
• An interest in business development and contributing to the continued success of the department.
