The Opportunity: An established and highly regarded law firm in the heart of Manchester is seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic disputes team. Key Responsibilities:
Assisting senior solicitors and partners with a varied caseload of commercial disputes
Drafting correspondence, witness statements, and court documents
Conducting legal research and case analysis
Liaising with clients, counsel, and other third parties
Managing key administrative tasks including file maintenance and court filings
Attending court hearings and client meetings, as required
Supporting business development initiatives where appropriate
Requirements:
Previous experience in commercial litigation (6+ months preferred)
A law degree or equivalent legal qualification (LPC/BPC desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as within a team
