- Assist with Employment Tribunal (ET) litigation from start to finish.
- Provide daily employment law advice on issues like grievances, disciplinary procedures, whistleblowing, discrimination, TUPE transfers, and reorganizations.
- Engage in business development activities including networking, writing blogs and articles, and attending events.
- Collaborate with clients and third parties to deliver high-quality, responsive advice.
- Essential: 3+ years PQE, experience in ET litigation, strong communication skills, and an interest in healthcare sector employment law.
- Desirable: NHS experience (not required), flexible and quick to learn.
