An opportunity has arisen to join my clients highly regarded property team as a Housing Disrepair Management Solicitor on a hybrid basis from one of their 6 office locations in the Midlands and North West.

My client is a highly reputable, award winning, multi-service law firm offering legal services to individuals and businesses throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

- To provide specialist legal advice to clients in respect of housing condition claims and housing management - To act on behalf of landlords in respect of pre action housing condition claims. - To provide housing and asset management legal advice to clients. - Act on behalf of clients in respect of litigated housing condition claims. - To act on behalf of landlords in respect ASB and breach of tenancy Injunctions.

Requirements:

- Disrepair/Housing condition claims legal experience and a strong understanding of Property/Social Housing law. - An ability to adapt to new areas of law, recognising that housing law can change frequently. - Disrepair/Housing condition claims legal experience and a strong understanding of Property/Social Housing law. - The ability to translate technical legal issues into clear and practical advice to clients.

This role is available on a hybrid working pattern from one of their 6 office locations in the Midlands and North west.
