Your responsibilities will include:

  • Draft and advise on wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
  • Support in estate administration, including probate applications and tax reporting.
  • Provide clear advice on inheritance tax, succession planning, and asset protection.
  • Assist with lifetime planning and wealth structuring for individuals and families.
  • Liaise with clients, executors, and third parties to progress matters efficiently.

The successful candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law.

  • Strong understanding of wills, probate, and tax planning principles.

  • Excellent communication and client care skills.

  • Detail-focused with good drafting and organisational ability.

  • Personable, discreet, and committed to developing expertise in private client law.

To negotiate fees with instructing solicitors and supply cost estimates on multi-track cases where necessary. Accurate inputting of agreed costs budgets onto our diary system. To ensure a CFA is produced on all claimant multi-track cases. To ensure booking confirmations are sent to instructing solicitors on all hearings and conferences in accordance with Chambers' guidelines. To ensure conflict checks are conducted on each new case in accordance with Chambers policy. Requirements We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, Barristers, Solicitors, and court staff.
