A respected law firm located in South Manchester are seeking a talented OL/PL Lawyer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a predominantly fast-track caseload of Occupiers' Liability and Public Liability cases, handling a diverse range of work types and providing high-quality legal representation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling litigated matters.
  • Display a genuine passion for helping clients attain the best possible results, offering empathetic support and guidance throughout the legal process.
  • Access a portfolio of high-quality work from non-Claims Management Company (CMC) sources.

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years PQE/equivalent in handling litigated OL/PL files
  • Demonstrate competence and confidence in managing litigated matters.
  • Exhibit a passion for handling legal cases and a genuine desire to assist clients in obtaining optimal results.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively advocate for clients and maintain positive client relationships.
