The Role You will work with Deputyship clients and sit within a property team that works hand in hand with the Court of Protection department. Running a small complex caseload of property transactions for the clients. This is a very bespoke service that will include Purchase, Sales, Rental Agreements & Tenancy Agreements for people who lack the capacity of making these decisions.
