Mechanical Assembler/Fitter

• £12.70 - £12.98 per hour
• Monday to Friday 40-hour weeks

We are working with a long-standing client of ours based in Wythenshawe who are experts in the aviation industry who are looking for a Mechanical Assembler/Fitter.

The Job

• Repair aircraft seats in accordance with worksheets.
• To be able to interpret technical manuals/engineering drawings.
• Ensure planning/job-progress updates are provided.
• Together with Planning/Management; flag up any design queries and deal with queries across all workshops.

About you

• Have experience in a mechanical background or experience using hands tools
• Have a proven engineering background (Training will be given where required)
• Be able to demonstrate good verbal communication.
• To be able to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
• Have the ability to work away from base as and when required
