My client is a rapidly expanding manufacturing company specializing in the production of new and re-conditioned industrial packaging.

Our diverse range of products includes reusable storage containers, transport packaging, stacking boxes, Euro-boxes with lids, industrial pallets, special H1 pallets, and more.

Job Description:

We are seeking Production Operatives to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality industrial packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery involved in the manufacturing process - training provided.
• Inspecting products for defects and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Palletizing finished products and preparing them for shipment.
• Wrapping pallets securely for transportation.
• Performing spot welding tasks as required.

Jet washing IBC containers, which may involve outdoor work.

Requirements:

Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Willingness to work outdoors as needed.

Additional Information:

This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent employment after a probationary period of 3 months.

All breaks are paid for by the company.

The role follows a continental shift pattern of 4 on and 4 off, consisting of 2 days (07:00 to 19:00) and 2 nights (19:00 to 07:00).

Salary £12.47 per hour
