Full Job Description Our client, a leading FM provider based in Manchester are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to work across their northwest PFI portfolio.Our client, a leading FM provider based in Manchester are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basisYou will be working within the Building surveying team across the Northwest and M62 corridor on a PFI contract (Hospitals and Schools) conducting in depth condition surveys and defect analysis.Salary -£(phone number removed) (plus £5,000 car allowance)Please note you must have a clean driving licence and be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.Building Surveyor Position Overview
