Adecco are looking to recruit Experienced Machine operators for a manufacturing/production client in Westhoughton, Bolton area BL5 on a Temporary on-going basis.

HOURS:12 hours days and nights

Pay: 16.36 - 19.26 per hour

Hours Days 6am-6pm & nights 6pm-6am

Pay 16.36- 19.26 per hour depending on shift pattern

Your Role:

As a Machine Operative, you will play a crucial part in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating various machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Performing routine maintenance checks to ensure machinery is running smoothly.
  • Monitoring production processes and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production targets.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking candidates who are:

Essential Experience:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of machinery operation is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to pass 5 yrs background screening and be able to prove you have lived in the UK for past 5 years.
