Machine Operators - 3 Shifts Available (Earlies, Lates, Nights) Location: Tameside Start Date: ASAP Contract: Temporary Pickles Recruitment are hiring! Our manufacturing client based in Tameside is on the lookout for reliable, skilled Machine Operators to join their team. These are temporary roles starting immediately, with three shifts available so whether you're an early bird, a night owl, or somewhere in between, there's a slot for you. Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Programming, operating, and maintaining large machinery to keep production running smoothly
- Assembling components with precision and accuracy
- Carrying out dispatch duties, ensuring correct shipping labels for various couriers
- Packaging finished goods to a high standard
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
- Completing paperwork and documentation when required
- Liaising with management to ensure daily tasks and targets are met
- Experience working with machinery in a manufacturing environment (bonus if you've done all three shifts before without crying)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
