Assembly Technician / Mechanical Fitter

Location: Hazel Grove, Poynton, Bramhall, Stockport

Salary: £25, + plenty of overtime + 8% pension + 25 days holiday + bank holidays + bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am 4.30pm

The Job:

• Working for a well established, successful and growing company with great training and progression opportunities.
• Assist in the building & assembly of special purpose machinery for the manufacturing sector.
• Drilling, tapping, manage and keep accurate parts lists.

The Person:

• Ideally you will have experience gained in a manufacturing or assembly shop environment.

• Familiar with engineering drawings, assemblies and sub assemblies.

• Willing to learn, health and safety focused, good awareness and a can do attitude.
• Ideally City & Guilds or NVQ certificates in engineering (desirable)
