Kinetic Industrial are supporting a leading medical services provider in the recruitment of a Production Supervisor.You will be working within a unique environment (which is not dissimilar to a hospital/healthcare environment) based out of their Wythenshawe base. You will be supervising the staff, making sure that the work is completed accurately 100% of the time.This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm.Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor will be Oversee daily decontamination and sterilisation operations, ensuring work is completed safely and to strict quality standards Supervise and support the team to deliver on production targets and performance goals Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Management System (QMS) standards Maintain and monitor quality assurance records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date Support the Production Manager with planning, organisation, and continuous improvement initiatives Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high standards across all operations Provide staff training and ensure all colleagues are informed and compliant with health and safety proceduresAs the Production Supervisor, we do need you to have: Previous supervisory experience within a production or healthcare environment Excellent numerical and communication skills Basic IT skills - able to use track and traceability systems confidently Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach to work Team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressureHere are just some of what you get in return: Permanent position Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm (flexible in case of weekend work) 29,171 per annum Overtime and unsociable hours allowances available 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Full structured training and defined career pathKinetic plc is a Recruitment Consultancy with over 40 years of experience delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
