Ideal for someone with a passion for continuous improvement and a solid understanding of ISO standards, this role offers a chance to influence product excellence and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective quality assurance and control processes to meet customer and business requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement using methodologies such as A3, 8D, DMAIC, PFMEA and Lean tools
  • Conduct and report on internal and external audits, resolving non-compliance issues with stakeholders
  • Manage non-conformances with robust root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Support production teams with expert judgement on quality processes and product conformance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer within Manufacturing (Welding/Fabrication).
  • Qualified in Engineering discipline - Degree, HNC, HND or similar.
  • Strong root cause analysis skills using 8D/A3 methods.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, and further experience with APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEAs.
