Description

  • Support end-to-end project delivery of the new benefits platform, through launch and post-implementation review.

  • Engage with external providers and internal stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Finance, Comms) to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

  • Design and deliver internal comms and engagement plans, ensuring employees understand, adopt, and value the new offering.

  • Review and align current benefits provision to ensure market competitiveness and consistency with the wider reward strategy.

  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance, including GDPR and contractual obligations, during the transfer and ongoing maintenance of employee benefit records.

  • Develop reporting and insight dashboards to track uptake, utilisation, and ROI of the new platform.

  • Train HR and line managers on the new system and associated policies or process changes.

  • Benchmark benefits regularly post-implementation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement or evolution.

  • Own key annual reward cycle activities, including salary and bonus reviews

Profile

A successful Reward Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a reward or compensation and benefits role.
  • Strong understanding of reward frameworks
  • Ability to analyse and interpret market data effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant HR and employment legislation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Capability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Manufacturing and Production is not considered essential
