Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase specification activity and sales value in the assigned region
  • Generate and support quality project enquiries
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors
  • Conduct site surveys and provide technical, solution-based specifications
  • Deliver CPD presentations and promote the brand
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM entries
  • Share market intelligence and collaborate with Business Development Managers
  • Track and report on KPIs as set by senior management
  • Defend and support specifications through to project completion

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in technical specification sales (ideally in B2B or construction)
  • Strong understanding of the UK construction and specification market
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Valid EU passport or unrestricted travel rights in the UK
