This role as a Stock Controller requires a meticulous individual with a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory and overseeing the supply chain process in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment.

Description

  • Efficient management of inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process.
  • Work closely with procurement to ensure timely delivery of items.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory turnover.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure best prices.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and finance departments to forecast demand.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on stock levels and supply chain performance.

Profile

A successful Stock Controller should have:

  • Experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing or Warehouse environment.
  • Sage 200 experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
