- Email automation within marketing
- Marketo, HubSpot and Pardot (experience in all or any is key)
- Experience in SF amazing
- Lead scoring, drip campaigns - not a single email send but a full programme, automation is key otherwise just an "email marketing exec"
- They'll do both prospect & client emails
- Reporting
- Salesforce experience is a bonus
- Must have worked in a dynamic larger business, within a sales, lead gen related team.

You must be able to handle complex marketing automation systems, and ideally pick up Marketo super-fast and roll with it. The Role:
- Support marketing team members with strategic expertise, setting up and monitoring campaigns and automations
- Build, manage & optimise nurture journeys for all key prospect and customer journeys and trigger points
- Monitor overall campaign performance and health
- Build on automation and AI to improve lead management
- Develop martech stack to industry-leading standard
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on email journeys against targets
- Work with key stakeholders, such as the sales team, to understand the funnel and optimise nurture programmes
The Person:
- Excellent proficiency with Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce or similar systems. Advanced knowledge using Adbridge or equivalent to support multi-channel journeys
- Experience in lead scoring and using last touch as well as multi touch attribution to improve lead pipeline & engagement
- Experience in setting up integrations and automations between CRM systems and other platforms
- Ability to work with SQL, Velocity, dynamic content to webhooks
- A solid understanding of lead generation data with reporting experience
- Experience in data analysis
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams
