Digital Marketing Executive

- Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across social, web, and email
- Manage and optimise paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Create engaging content in collaboration with designers and videographers
- Support influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Attend and support live events and festivals across the UK
- 2+ years' digital marketing experience (events or music industry a big plus)
- Strong knowledge of social platforms and an understanding of paid media (preferred)
- Experience with email tools (Mailchimp or similar)
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- A proactive, organised mindset with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- A genuine passion for live events and music culture
- £30,000 DOE
