Turn big thinking into global conversations.
Thinkers50 - the platform that champions the brightest minds in leadership and business - is seeking an impact-oriented Marketing & Events Specialist. In this role, you'll help us create engaging digital experiences, grow our global community, and spotlight ideas that are reshaping how organisations think, evolve, and succeed.
This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone based in Europe or happy to work European hours. You'll join a small, collaborative team dedicated to curating and amplifying today's most influential ideas in business and management. If you enjoy building community through social media, coordinating projects with care, and hosting compelling virtual events - we'd love to hear from you.
About Thinkers50
Thinkers50 identifies, ranks, and shares the very best in management and leadership thinking. Founded in 2001, we curate ideas that make a real impact in business and society - and celebrate the people behind them. Every two years, we host the Thinkers50 Awards Gala, known as the "Oscars of management thinking" (FT).
We are a small, purpose-driven team that values intellectual curiosity and collaboration. We work remotely across multiple countries and time zones, with a culture that encourages initiative and open communication. Every day, we're inspired by the thinkers we meet and the conversations we help spark.

Remote Work & Travel
- This is a fully remote position.
- You must be based in Europe or able to work European office hours.
- Occasional travel to London (and other locations) will be required.
- Some flexibility is important, as occasional virtual events may be scheduled in the evening.
Who You Are
You're organised, curious, and confident managing a variety of tasks - from creative brainstorming to detail-oriented planning. You craft clear, engaging copy that aligns with our voice and mission, learn new tools quickly, and work well independently while staying connected to a collaborative team.
Strong written and spoken English is essential, as you'll be managing public-facing content and communications.
You might have experience in digital content, community-building, or events - or be ready to bring your transferable skills into a new environment. Any experience with paid advertising campaigns (planning or execution), and familiarity with WordPress is a plus - however, what matters most to us is your enthusiasm, initiative, and thoughtful approach to work.
We don't expect you to meet every single requirement - if you're excited to learn, we're excited to support you.
