Boutinot Wines are looking to hire in the National Accounts team, we are looking for a sales person to add their own personal touch to a portfolio of national accounts within a category that many dream of working in.
The wine category is a real "fast-paced" environment where strength of character, commercial awareness, and pace is key. You will take pride in all that you do both personally and professionally and become the ultimate ambassador for Boutinot across your accounts.
So, what's the job 'in one'?
Quite simply, your job is to sell wine, and then go back and sell some more wine, using your in depth wine knowledge to talk the buyers' language and build relationships in key Wine Specialist National Retail accounts.
What will this involve?
- P & L management across a portfolio of customers. You'll need to employ your commercial skills to bring to life a brilliant customer JBP.
- Great negotiation skills, living by a win:win mentality.
- Create and deliver new product pitches to customers to win relevant new listings within your account portfolio
What kind of person are we looking for?
For the portfolio you will be covering wine knowledge is essential. WSET Diploma level preferred.
Commercial sales experience is essential, preferably across National Accounts (on or off trade).
Fantastic networking skills across all functions
You will be a self-starter and be able to work under your own initiative
Solution driven with strong planning and admin skills who delivers each time as promised
You will be a great communicator (which includes a good listener please)
Have the desire to be the best you can possibly be.
You will be computer literate, adept at finding your way around Excel, Powerpoint and Word
You will be a superb role model who takes all in their stride.
