The Role

  • Lead and optimise multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (including PPC, SEO, and paid social) across key client accounts and internal projects
  • Own analytics and tracking set-up using GA4, Tag Manager, and other digital tools to deliver actionable insights
  • Conduct keyword research, develop engaging ad copy, and manage media planning and bidding strategies
  • Collaborate with strategy, content, and creative teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery
  • Analyse performance metrics, produce client-ready reports, and present findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence
  • Play a central role in enhancing digital campaign effectiveness and influencing data-led marketing strategies across the agency

You

  • Have 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency setting
  • Bring hands-on expertise in Google Ads, SEO (on-page and basic technical), GA4, and Tag Manager
  • Are analytical, strategic, and commercially minded with a strong focus on performance and ROI
  • Communicate insights clearly and are confident presenting to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading digital initiatives with autonomy
  • Are looking for a role where you can grow your strategic impact without direct line management (for now)
