Job Summary CCA are delighted to be working with an industry leading Insurance organisation through their latest period of growth. Our client are seeking motivated and dynamic Outbound Sales Representatives to join their experienced team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively communicating with existing and prospective customers . This role requires a strong ability to build relationships, establish customer needs, and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately log interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior sales experience is a must & full training will be provided.
- Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Personality: Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Technical: Comfortable with technology and able to navigate CRM software.
- Environment: A quiet home office space with reliable internet.
